FreeWCAM

FreeWX and FreeWX-Wi have the ability to automatically upload a webcam image. If an image file named VidCap.jpg or VidCap.png exists in the FreeWX or FreeWX-Wi folder, it will be uploaded when normal FTP uploading takes place. To capture pictures from your webcam you can use a simple freeware video capture application called FreeWCAM. FreeWCAM is a complete stand-alone webcam application. When used in conjunction with FreeWX or FreeWX-Wi, FreeWCAM can even synchronize image capturing with the start and end of Civil Twilight!. The current version is 3.7 and was released on 25th April 2004. This is a full version with installer.

FreeWX web client

When FreeWX or FreeWX-Wi perform a normal FTP upload they also upload a tiny raw weather data file. This data can be accessed and displayed by the FreeWX web client. The web client can be used by anyone with an Internet connection to view your weather data in near real-time. You can also use the web client to view the data of other FreeWX / FreeWX-Wi users. The FreeWX web client display is similar to that of the full FreeWX / FreeWX-Wi program and includes on-screen graphing.
